Founder and Client Lead
You may remember Michael from his nine years at Raintree Systems, the leading therapy EMR and practice management platform. There, he worked closely with clinics across the country and gained a deep understanding of the challenges therapy providers face every day.
Since then, Michael has shifted his focus to marketing, bringing that same insight and passion to a new space. With Theratize, he merges both worlds by combining technical expertise with creative strategy to help therapy clinics not just grow, but thrive.
Michael founded Theratize with his wife, Madison, to bring modern and measurable marketing to therapy practices.
Madison Emerick
Cofounder and Design Lead
Madison leads the creative direction at Theratize, where she combines artistry with strategy to help therapy practices stand out. She is an accomplished illustrator and designer, with professional credits for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Disney, Marvel, and Topps. Madison brings this same level of craft and attention to detail into every project, ensuring each client’s brand feels authentic, memorable, and aligned with their mission.
Her expertise spans graphic design, logo illustration, and visual storytelling, giving her a versatile skill set that translates complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. At Theratize, she works closely with clients to not only design eye-catching materials but also to shape cohesive brand identities that resonate with patients and communities.

Misty leads our sales and account management on the West Coast of the United States. With more than seventeen years of experience in healthcare and therapy, she brings a wealth of knowledge in guiding practices through growth and operational challenges. Misty is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring that every group she supports has the tools and confidence they need to thrive.

Simon supports our team by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. He brings a fresh perspective, an eye for detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Outside of work, Simon enjoys long walks with his two dachshunds and is always up for a bit of tech tinkering.
