How It Works

Plan
We confirm goals, service focus, and target geography. We recommend routes and whether to use Saturation or New Movers.

Create
Choose a template or request a custom layout. We draft copy and design and send a proof for review.

Approve
You provide consolidated feedback. Up to three revision cycles are included. If we do not hear back within fifteen calendar days, the design is considered approved.

Print and mail
After final approval, printing and shipping may take up to four weeks. We coordinate vendors and postage.

Track and improve
Each piece uses a QR code and a tracking number. We review performance and tune routes, offers, and timing for the next drop.

Minimums, Timing, and Committments

  • Minimum order: 1,500 mailers per run

  • Design delivery: within three weeks of the initial consultation

  • Revision window: fifteen days from delivery, up to three revision cycles

  • Production: printing and shipping may take up to four weeks after final approval

  • Commitment: three months for ongoing mail campaigns
